Refund Policy

Free Plan
The Rebill free plan has no subscription charges. There is nothing to refund for free plan users.
Premium Plan Cancellation
The Premium plan is billed monthly at R99/month, or annually at R990/year. You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time from within your account settings.
When you cancel:
- Your Premium access continues until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged again after cancellation
- Your account reverts to the free plan at the end of the billing period
- Your data (invoices, clients, history) is retained on the free plan
Refunds for Billing Errors
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, contact us within 30 days of the charge at [email protected] with your account email and a description of the issue.
We will investigate and, where a billing error is confirmed, issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
WhatsApp Credits
WhatsApp credit purchases are non-refundable once purchased, as credits are consumed immediately upon use. Unused credits remain on your account and carry over month to month.
Annual Plan Refunds
If you are on an annual plan and cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase, you may request a pro-rated refund for the unused portion. Cancellations after 14 days are not eligible for refunds; however, your Premium access continues for the remainder of the annual period.
